How can anyone vote for Santorum?

No liberal or anyone who believes that women have rights could vote for Santorum. But what about conservatives, Catholics, anti-abortionists?  Santorum thinks that not just abortions but birth control and prenatal diagnosis (because it can lead to abortions) should be illegal.  He should know about the last one- and this is what makes him such an incredible hypocrite and someone a person who is truly anti-abortion could not vote for.  His wife had prenatal diagnosis- which led to fetal surgery, her infection AND HER ABORTION.  Of course they prayed about it and he didn't want her to die.  But how come it's ok for him and his wife but must be made illegal for everyone else?  Are they better people?  No, they're just rich and he knows that in the long history of illegal abortions the rich have always been able to obtain them.  So let the poor and middle class women die; it doesn't matter to Santorum; abortions and prenatal diagnosis are allowed for the rich.  If you are truly against abortion, then you don't have one and you don't support someone who does- or agrees to have his wife have one.
